As a first step on our innovation journey, we adhere to a comprehensive approach centred around "Need Finding". This involves:

Moving forward, our process includes the crucial step of "Need Screening", where we delve into:

  • Treatment Options: Exploring diverse treatment modalities to address identified needs effectively.

Moving forward, our invent phase also encompasses “Concept Selection”, involving a comprehensive process:

  • Regulatory Considerations: Assessing the regulatory landscape to understand the requirements and constraints that may impact the development and implementation of our concepts.

  • Business Model Development: Formulating a robust business model to guide the implementation and commercialization of selected concepts.
